Branding and Licensing

Branding Information

In 2026, the RedWolves Athletics Department updated and streamlined its branding, including changes to its primary mark, the "Wolf Head." Additional branding elements and logos were also added, including the CH logo, School Crest, Hillside word mark, Capitol Hill High School word mark in a custom font, and a secondary "CH" logo.

The updated full-color "Wolf Head" mark remains the primary logo for RedWolves Athletics teams and is the preferred mark to represent the program in external applications.

Official RedWolves Athletics marks may not be used by other entities—including CHHS campus organizations, opponents, and media—without explicit approval from the Athletics Department. Such entities may request access to CHHS Athletics' primary marks by emailing the Athletics Department.

Approval is strictly required for all commercial uses of RedWolves logos and branding. Businesses or external groups wishing to use official RedWolves Athletics marks for commercial purposes must be officially licensed through Oklahoma City Public Schools (OKCPS) communications approval.

A thorough list and detailed explanation of RedWolves Athletics' branding guidelines can be found in the RedWolves Athletics Branding Guide, which is available for download in PDF format by clicking the link below:

Licensing

The RedWolves Athletics licensing program exists to protect the school's official athletics marks, ensure that all brand usage maintains integrity and consistency in line with Capitol Hill High School and OKCPS standards, and generate royalty fees to support Athletics Department initiatives.

Since its founding, Capitol Hill High School has garnered a reputation for excellence in education and athletics. The RedWolves Athletics brand is well-known throughout the state, region, and nation.

The RedWolves Athletics licensing program serves four primary functions:
Promote RedWolves Athletics through licensed products and official partnership agreements.
Preserve Capitol Hill's history by protecting historical and significant logos and marks.
Protect Capitol Hill's image and reputation through trademark enforcement, ensuring that entities using our marks for commercial purposes do so legally.
Profit from the sale of officially licensed merchandise and licensing agreements. Proceeds directly support the RedWolves Athletics budget, including student-athlete support, facility maintenance, and program development.

Any individual or company wishing to market or manufacture products bearing the name, symbols, insignia, designs, logos, or other identifying marks associated with Capitol Hill Athletics must obtain an official license.
The use of RedWolves Athletics marks without proper licensing or permission is strictly prohibited. CHHS and OKCPS will take all necessary legal measures to protect their trademarks against infringement.
