OKLAHOMA CITY - The Capitol Hill athletic department announced the hiring of Greg Martin as the new girls basketball head coach on Tuesday.

Last season, Martin served as an assistant coach for the Red Wolves boys basketball team. He also serves as the Site Director for NxtPro (Puma HS Boys Basketball Circuit) a role he's been in for two years.

“I’m excited to usher in a new era of hoops at Capitol Hill.” said Martin in his introductory meeting on Tuesday. "I'm ready to get to work with our student-athletes and help mentor them on and off the floor."

Martin attended and played basketball at Edmond Santa Fe High School where he graduated in 2015. He was a State Runner-Up in his time with the Wolves. He went on to play college basketball at Colorado Northwestern for two seasons before transferring to Saint Mary's in Minnesota to finish his collegiate career.
